1. Acceptance
By using CalcHub (calc.tmsofts.in), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What CalcHub provides
CalcHub provides free calculators for educational and planning purposes. All computations run in your browser using standard financial formulas described on each calculator page.
3. No financial, tax or religious advice
The results are estimates, not recommendations. CalcHub is not a registered investment adviser, broker, tax consultant or religious authority. Before acting on any output, consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction. The Zakat calculator implements a widely used standard interpretation; personal circumstances may require a scholar's ruling.
4. Accuracy and assumptions
- Calculators assume constant return rates unless stated otherwise. Real investments fluctuate.
- Taxes, fees, exit loads and insurance costs are not modelled.
- Currency conversion is not performed — the currency switcher changes the symbol only.
- Although we test carefully, we do not warrant that any calculation is error free.
5. Permitted use
You may use CalcHub for personal or internal business planning. You may not:
- Scrape, mirror, or republish the site or its content without written permission.
- Interfere with advertising, attempt to bypass consent controls, or use automated tools that generate invalid ad impressions.
- Use the site in a way that breaks applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
The design, code and written content of CalcHub belong to TM Softs unless otherwise stated. The formulas themselves are standard public knowledge.
7. Third-party services
Advertising is provided by Google. Links to other TM Softs products are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TM Softs is not liable for any loss — financial or otherwise — arising from use of, or reliance on, CalcHub's output or from any interruption of the service.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised version. The date at the top shows when the terms were last changed.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
