What CalcHub is
CalcHub is a small suite of financial calculators published by TM Softs. Every tool is free, needs no sign-up, and runs entirely inside your browser.
How we build our calculators
- Published formulas. Each calculator page states the exact formula in use, so you can verify the maths yourself.
- Transparent assumptions. Where a rule of thumb is involved (such as a 4% safe withdrawal rate), we say so and let you change it.
- No data collection. Amounts you type are never transmitted, stored on a server, or shared.
- Accessibility. Keyboard navigation, visible focus states, screen-reader labels and a high-contrast dark theme are required, not optional.
Our principles
- Clarity over cleverness. You should understand a result, not just read a number.
- Speed. Pages are built to load in under a second on a normal mobile connection.
- Honest limits. Calculators estimate. Markets, taxes and religious rulings need human judgement — every page includes a disclaimer.
Keep the tools free
CalcHub is supported by non-intrusive advertising. Ads are only loaded after you consent, they never cover the calculator, and you can decline at any time in cookie settings and still use every feature.
